By accessing the JMCS Training Portal, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

50/50 Payment Structure: 50% of the course fee is due within 3 calendar days of registration. The remaining 50% is due before the scheduled examination date. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and checks payable to JRO Management Consultancy Services.

Minimum 40% attendance is required. Passing score: 70% for Lead Auditor, 60% for Internal Auditor courses. Webcam must be ON during online proctored exams. Valid government-issued ID is required for exam identity verification.

Cancellation more than 14 days before: 80% refund. Cancellation 7–14 days before: 50% refund. Cancellation less than 7 days before: No refund. Transfers to a future schedule are subject to availability and a rescheduling fee.

JMCS complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). Personal data collected during registration is used solely for training administration and certification issuance purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
