This Training Enrollment Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between JRO Management Consultancy Services ("JMCS") and the individual or corporate entity registering for professional training services ("Participant" or "Client"). By submitting a registration, accessing the portal, or attending any JMCS training sessions, the Participant and/or Client unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with all terms, conditions, and policies set forth herein.

Professional Fee Structure & Settlement Schedule: JMCS requires full payment to allocate training resources, print physical materials, and process official credentials:

• Full Payment: No downpayment is accepted. The total professional course fee (inclusive of 12% VAT) must be settled in full within three (3) calendar days of initial portal registration. Reservations without settled full payments will be automatically voided.
• Late Settlement: JMCS reserves the absolute right to restrict examination access and withhold official training certificates until all outstanding balances are settled in full.

Accreditation Standards & Examination Protocols: To maintain formal registration and licensing standards under Exemplar Global and international ISO training regulations:

• 100% Attendance: Full attendance and active participation is strictly required for all sessions. Missed modules must be retaken in future cohorts at the discretion of JMCS.
• Academic Standard: Participants must achieve a minimum score of 70% for Lead Auditor courses, and 60% for Internal Auditor courses on final assessments.
• Remote Proctoring Rules: During online assessments, participants are subject to continuous remote monitoring. Webcams and microphones must remain active, displaying a clear view of the participant. Use of unauthorized tabs, screens, AI tools, or secondary assistance is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification with zero recourse.

Comprehensive Cancellation, Refund, & Safeguard Policy: To protect JMCS against prepaid scheduling, instructor fees, accreditation royalty locks, and administrative overhead, the following guidelines govern all registrations:

• Fourteen (14) or More Days Prior: Cancellations submitted in writing to jro.jmcs@gmail.com 14+ calendar days before the course commencement are eligible for an eighty percent (80%) refund of the total course fee. The remaining twenty percent (20%) is non-refundable and retained as an administrative booking fee.
• Seven (7) to Thirteen (13) Days Prior: Cancellations submitted in writing between 7 and 13 calendar days before the course start date are eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund.
• Within Seven (7) Days: Cancellations submitted less than 7 calendar days before course commencement are strictly non-refundable.
• Client Substitutions: Corporate clients may substitute registered participants at no additional charge up to three (3) business days prior to training, provided the substitute meets all course prerequisites.
• Rescheduling by Participant: Rescheduling requests made 7+ calendar days before training incur no penalty. Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of training will incur a twenty percent (20%) rescheduling surcharge.
• No-Show Clause: Participants who fail to attend their scheduled training session without prior written notice (No-Show) forfeit 100% of all paid fees. No refund, credit, or rescheduling will be granted.
• Processing Fees: All approved refunds are subject to a five percent (5%) or ₱500 (whichever is higher) administrative and banking processing fee.
• Cancellation by JMCS: JMCS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training cohort due to force majeure, instructor emergency, or low enrollment (under 5 participants). Under such JMCS-initiated actions, clients are entitled to a full 100% refund of all fees paid or a complimentary transfer to the next scheduled cohort, with zero administrative fees.

Data Protection & Privacy Compliance: JMCS strictly adheres to the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Personal information collected during registration (names, emails, corporate details, government-issued IDs, webcam feeds) is utilized exclusively for course administration, verification, exam proctoring, and certificate processing. JMCS implements robust administrative and digital security measures to prevent unauthorized data access or disclosure. Under no circumstances will personal data be sold, rented, or distributed to third-party marketing entities. By submitting details, the Client explicitly consents to data processing in accordance with these standards.
